What a perfect day for engagement photos! Nick and Lauren are such a great looking couple who have a wonderful history in downtown Columbia.

I was apart of something so special! Katie's dad contacted me about a surprise engagement for his daughter and I just couldn't pass it up! Andrew's family had planned a party specifically so that he could propose to his high school sweetheart. I was surrounded by both of Andrew and Katie's closest friends and family while he led her to the backyard where everyone lined up with the letters "will you marry me" spelled out in balloons.
Katie's reaction was filled with surprise and shock as well as excitement. I had such a wonderful evening capturing this special moment and getting to know both of their families as well as their story.
Andrew and Katie met in high school and went to prom together and had been together ever since. They have both graduated college and are now going to different graduate schools in different states and Andrew decided to go ahead and seal the deal before Katie went off to Tennessee.
Katie was so surprised and never expected to be proposed to. She said that she thought that he was going to give her a horse as a going away gift but in a way he did! The engagement ring Andrew gave her has two horse shoes on either side which is a perfect touch.
How perfect is this couple!! I had so much fun with Jeff and Nekedia and their twin girls! What started out as a great engagement shoot, ended up being a family session with the girls. I had such a great time with them and I can not wait for their wedding next May of 2019!
Oh my amazing are these two!! I thoroughly enjoyed meeting David and Katelyn and I can not wait for their wedding in December!
Chris and Sarah are such a wonderful couple to work with! Chris is in the Navy and has about another 4 years left to go and is stationed in Georgia. Sarah is going back to school to get her masters degree. I have really enjoyed getting to know them and I am looking forward to their wedding in August.
Donovan and Brandi's engagement shoot in White Point Gardens was so fun! They are one of the cutest couples I've had the pleasure of meeting and photographing. I am so excited to do their wedding in June!
I met such an adorable couple on Sunday evening. Patrick and Kate were amazing to work with and I barely had to pose them, they were such naturals. I love a good adventure, so I talked them in to getting in the river with me further down where the current is more rapid and they of course nailed it!
Richard and Victoria are such a dream to work with! They are so sweet and laid back and good lord are they great looking! The State House Grounds did not disappoint again. I really can not wait for their wedding in April.
