Katelynn's Bridal Portraits

Katelynn's Bridal Portraits

This past summer, I learned that when a bride gets married to a firefighter or that bride is a firefighter, that bridal portraits are done at a fire station. What a great tradition and the guys at Lexington County Fire Station 4 were so nice and helpful with putting the trucks where we needed them and even giving us ideas because of course, their wives also did bridal portraits at a fire station.

We then decided to go to the wedding venue at T & S Farms in Batesburg and of course it was magical!

Amanda Rowen Bridal Portraits, Monetta, South Carolina

Amanda Rowen Bridal Portraits, Monetta, South Carolina

I was finally able to do Amanda’s bridal portraits and she nailed it! We decided on a property with a beautiful house that has been turned into a wedding venue. This place is unbelievable. It is away from the busyness of the world and it has a fitting name, Somewhere in Time Manor.

Here’s a few of my favorites!

Lindsey Painter Dupree Bridal Portraits, Greenville, South Carolina

Lindsey’s bridal portraits were amazing and so much fun to do! I met Lindsey and her mom up in Greenville at Fall’s Park on the Reedy and it was magical. Lindsey’s mom Dawn made the beautiful boutique herself and it was beautiful! Here are a couple photos from that session.

Sarah Kyzer Bridal Portraits, Lace House, Columbia, South Carolina

Sarah Kyzer Bridal Portraits, Lace House, Columbia, South Carolina

Wow.... just wow!!! I am so excited to finally be able to share Sarah's bridal portraits!  She was absolutely stunning in her gown that she bought from New York Bride and Groom.  We decided to go to the South Carolina Lace House downtown and use their gardens.

We were joined by Sarah's mom, sister and friend/make up artist and hair stylist who did a fantastic job!  The grounds at The Lace House are stunning and we spent two hours laughing and taking beautiful portraits.

I can not wait to start editing Chris and Sarah's wedding but until then, please enjoy Sarah's gorgeousness!!

Marina's Bridal Portraits, 701 Whaley, Columbia, South Carolina

Marina's Bridal Portraits, 701 Whaley, Columbia, South Carolina

Marina was such a beautiful bride!  She chose 701 Whaley for her bridal portraits and then totally rocked it!  The pealing paint made for a beautiful contrast with Marina's super sexy and modern fitted dress.  We then went outside next to the building where there are huge wooden doors that added another great architectural feature to her modern dress!

Monica Bridal Session Hopelands Gardens Aiken SC

Monica Bridal Session Hopelands Gardens Aiken SC

I met Monica through her sister Amber, and its been such a pleasure getting to know her.  Monica and Ellis's wedding is May 19th at T&S Farms in Batesburg, SC but Monica really wanted her bridal portraits done in Aiken at Hopelands Gardens and I am so glad she did!

I had never been to Hopelands Gardens and I am wondering why because it is such a beautiful area with so many beautiful paths and ponds with bridges and gazebos.  It just so happened to be prom night and so there were many stunning dresses and handsome tuxedos and two more beautiful brides.  It truly is a photographers heaven!

Monica makes a beautiful bride and the landscape of the gardens took this session to a whole new level.  The huge gorgeous hard woods made for the perfect scenery which casted such a serene light that made me never want to leave.  Here are a few of my favorites from this session!
